Congresswoman Susie Lee, who represents Nevada’s 3rd district in the U.S. Congress, has recently posted a series of messages on her social media account addressing issues ranging from the affordability of basic needs to support for local workers and community celebrations.
On March 13, 2026, Lee criticized congressional priorities with a post stating: “Groceries and health care are unaffordable but Republicans in Washington seem focused on everything but helping working people!”
The following day, she expressed solidarity with home health care workers amid ongoing contract negotiations. In her March 14 post, she wrote: “Our home health care workers are the strength that keeps people alive, keeps families together, and keeps us healthy. I’m glad to be standing with our caregivers as they continue their negotiations. It’s your right to get active and fight for a fair contract!”
Later that same day, Lee marked Pi Day by visiting several local pizzerias. She shared: “Happy Pi Day! I had a blast celebrating by stopping by some of my favorite pizza pie spots, and even checking out a new one. Hope everyone can get out and have fun today! : Marsigliano’s Pizzeria & More : Solamente Pizza : La Strega”
Lee has represented Nevada’s 3rd District since 2019 after succeeding Jacky Rosen. She was born in Canton, Ohio in 1966 and currently resides in Las Vegas at age 56. She is an alumna of Carnegie Mellon University, where she earned her BA.
