Congresswoman Susie Lee, representing Nevada’s 3rd district, recently addressed concerns over energy costs and immigration policy in a series of posts on her social media account.

On April 17, 2026, Lee commented on the impact of U.S. foreign policy on domestic gas prices, stating: “Higher gas prices from Trump’s war in Iran are eating up Americans’ tax refunds. The President should focus on using your tax dollars to lower energy costs rather than funding his war of choice.”

The following day, April 18, she met with the National TPS Alliance and discussed ongoing support for individuals affected by Temporary Protected Status (TPS) policies. In her post, she wrote: “Great to meet with the National TPS Alliance to discuss how I can continue to support individuals who are unable to safely return home. As this Administration continues to attack Temporary Protected Status, I’ll continue to stand with TPS recipients who have made enormous”

Later that day, Lee posted a brief endorsement of another statement or content by writing: “This”.

Susie Lee has served in Congress since 2019 after succeeding Jacky Rosen as the representative for Nevada’s 3rd district. Born in Canton, Ohio in 1966 and currently residing in Las Vegas, Lee holds a BA from Carnegie Mellon University.
