Congresswoman Susie Lee, who represents Nevada’s 3rd district in the U.S. Congress, has recently posted a series of messages on her official Twitter account addressing immigration protections, business support initiatives, and concerns over voting rights.
On April 29, 2026, Lee highlighted the status of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) holders in Nevada and criticized actions by the Trump Administration. She wrote: “There are nearly 6,000 people with TPS protections in Nevada who work, pay their taxes, and support our local economy.
The following day, April 30, she promoted an upcoming event designed to help local businesses access capital. In her tweet she stated: “Please join my staff for an Access to Capital event this Friday! This event is designed to prepare and connect you with the knowledge and access to move your business forward.

Later that same day, Lee addressed concerns about recent Supreme Court decisions impacting civil rights protections related to democratic representation. She posted: “Our democracy is on the line. The Supreme Court has severely weakened protections that civil rights leaders and activists fought and died for.
Susie Lee has served as a member of Congress since 2019 after succeeding Jacky Rosen as representative for Nevada’s 3rd district. Born in Canton, Ohio in 1966 and currently residing in Las Vegas at age 56, Lee holds a bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
