On Friday, March 28, former Liberty High School standout Ryan Towers’ current college team, the East Carolina Pirates, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Rice Owls.

The game took place at Reckling Park. This was their first matchup against the Owls this season.

The Pirates’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 4 p.m. at Reckling Park against Rice Owls.
