On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Green Valley High School standout Nicky Garritano’s current college team, the UNLV Rebels, lost 16-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Oregon State Beavers.
The game took place at Surprise Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Beavers this season.
The Rebels’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 7 p.m. at Surprise Stadium against Xavier Musketeers.
