City of Henderson recently issued the following announcement.
Donate Blood

Only one in 20 people regularly gives blood. Donating is safe, simple and saves lives. If you are 17 or older, weigh at least 110 pounds, have not donated in the past 8 weeks (16 weeks for double red cell donors), are healthy and not currently taking antibiotics, we welcome your blood donation.
