Susie Lee addresses global antisemitism and water conservation efforts

Congresswoman Susie Lee, representing Nevada's 3rd district since 2019, has been active on social media discussing key issues and legislation. Born in Canton, Ohio in 1966 and currently residing in Las Vegas, Lee has served in the U.S. Congress following Jacky Rosen. She holds a BA from Carnegie Mellon University.

On November 24, 2024, Congresswoman Lee addressed the rise of antisemitism globally. She stated, "With antisemitism on the rise around the globe, we have an obligation to condemn hate wherever it exists." She further noted her support for a House Resolution urging countries and international bodies to counter antisemitism and support the Jewish community worldwide.

In a subsequent post dated November 25, 2024, Lee discussed water conservation efforts along the Colorado River. She emphasized that "Smart investments all along the Colorado River can ultimately help us do one thing: keep more water in Lake Mead." The congresswoman highlighted bipartisan legislation she helped negotiate and pass to achieve this goal.

Later on November 25, Lee reflected on political strategy for Democrats. She urged that "If Democrats want to be successful, we need to quit talking just to ourselves." Emphasizing communication with everyday Americans as essential for understanding their concerns.
