Congresswoman Susie Lee, representing Nevada's 3rd district since 2019, has recently expressed her concerns and updates through a series of tweets. Lee, who succeeded Jacky Rosen in the U.S. Congress, often shares her perspectives on current political matters and community projects.

On March 11, 2025, Lee addressed the issue of government shutdowns in a tweet: "Let me be clear: Elon Musk and President Trump are already shutting down the government, and Congressional Republicans are sitting back and letting it happen. Meanwhile, the cost of gas, groceries, and housing continues to rise." She further criticized the Republican Continuing Resolution (CR), indicating it is not "clean."

On March 12, 2025, she shared progress regarding local infrastructure projects in another tweet: "After speaking with Clark County officials, the project to improve Sandy Valley Road between Goodsprings and Sandy Valley is finally going out to bid next month. The County worked for nearly two decades to get permission from BLM to tackle this project and I’m glad that this…" This highlights a significant step forward after prolonged efforts by local authorities.

Later that day on March 12th, Lee tweeted about her personal achievement during her travel to an official conference: "Hit 42 miles this morning on my way to our Caucus’ Issues Conference in Leesburg, VA! Great way to beat the traffic—now looking forward to some productive conversations!" This reflects her active engagement both personally and professionally.
