On Thursday, March 20 former Coronado High School Pop Isaacs competed in hopes to reach NCAA Division I Basketball Championship

On Thursday, March 20, former Coronado High School standout Pop Isaacs’ current collegiate team the Creighton Bluejays won 89-75 against the Louisville Cardinals in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Rupp Arena, this was the first game against the Louisville Cardinals during the championship.

The Creighton Bluejays’ next game will take place on Saturday, March 22 at 6:10 p.m. in Rupp Arena against Auburn Tigers.

Pop Isaacs’ hometown is Las Vegas and game position is guard.
