Congresswoman Susie Lee, who represents Nevada’s 3rd district in the U.S. Congress, addressed a range of topics on her social media account on April 14, 2026.
In an evening post commemorating Holocaust Remembrance Day, Lee stated: “Tonight, as we observe Yom HaShaoh, we honor the memory of the six million Jewish people murdered during the Holocaust and all those lives lost to hatred and violence. May their memories be a blessing, and we never stop standing against antisemitism and hate.” (April 14, 2026).
Earlier that day, Lee commented on upcoming tax deadlines and criticized recent Republican tax legislation. She wrote: “Tax Day is coming up! But most of the benefits from Republicans’ Big Bullshit Bill are going to the wealthiest Americans. This is who is winning big on tax day, not you https://t.co/zvyOQGBjBd” (April 14, 2026).
Later in the afternoon, Lee highlighted her meeting with women veterans in Nevada. She posted: “Honored to have met with so many brave women from our veteran communities in Nevada to hear their stories and discuss policies that would ensure women who served our nation are taken care of after their time in uniform ends.
Since this Administration took office, we’ve seen https://t.co/bOpOyqGaLz” (April 14, 2026).
Lee has represented Nevada’s 3rd District since 2019 after succeeding Jacky Rosen. Born in Canton, Ohio in 1966 and currently residing in Las Vegas, she holds a BA from Carnegie Mellon University.
