Nevada has released a data dashboard that will allow citizens to see how the state is distributing its American Rescue Plan funds.
“Providing transparent and real-time data is critical to ensuring we keep Nevadans up to date on how we are investing these federal relief dollars,” said Gov. Sisolak (D-NV) in a statement released by his office. “I appreciate the hard work of the State team in these efforts and look forward to continued progress on behalf of Nevadans.”
Those interested in viewing the data table may do by visiting the "By Numbers" tab on NevadaRecovers.com, which will have up-to-date data on where the State has allocated funds, according to the news release.
According to the governor’s office, the website will feature links provided by the U.S. Treasury that show how states are spending their funds. The American Rescue Plan provides funding for a slew of programs including “K-12 education, food security, housing and childcare assistance, immunization distribution and behavioral health services.”
Funds can be utilized to support initiatives linked to COVID-19 and are expected to be distributed by Dec. 31, 2024, and finished by the end of the year in 2026 with local municipalities and school districts in line to receive funds, according to the release.
