Please join Kamer Zucker Abbott for its next “Lunch with a Lawyer” management workshop. During this interactive learning experience, KZA partner Todd Creer will present the latest developments on noncompetition contracts. Todd will review Nevada’s existing restrictions on these agreements and brief you on the federal government’s litigation efforts against employers using non-competes and its proposal to ban noncompetition contracts and clauses all together.

The Lunch with a Lawyer management workshop will be offered via a Zoom meeting so that attendees can see and hear from each other. Todd will facilitate a discussion amongst the meeting participants and answer your questions.

This program is approved for 1.0 PDCs for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® and 1.0 NVCLE General credits. An HR Certificate of Attendance will be provided upon request.
