Henderson police arrest suspect after gunfire incident at condominiums

Henderson, Nev. - On June 14, 2024, at approximately 8:45 p.m., the Henderson Police and Fire Departments were dispatched to The Gables Condominiums, located at 2291 West Horizon Ridge Parkway, following reports of multiple gunshots and a bloody male lying on the ground near one of the buildings.

The investigation revealed that the individual had experienced a drug-induced episode, leading him to discharge numerous rounds from his firearms.

The suspect was identified as Joseph Ebner, aged 45. Although no injuries were reported, property damage occurred in nearby residences due to the shooting.

Ebner was taken into custody and booked into the Henderson Detention Center on several offenses:

- 112 counts of Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Structure

- 2 counts of Discharging a Weapon Where a Person is Endangered

- 1 count of Prohibited Person Owning/Possessing a Gun
