Congresswoman Susie Lee addresses executive orders and celebrates Presidents' Day

Congresswoman Susie Lee, representing Nevada’s 3rd district since 2019, has been active on social media discussing various issues and events. In a series of tweets, she has addressed topics ranging from executive orders to expressions of gratitude and appreciation for national parks.

On February 15, 2025, Congresswoman Lee voiced her concerns regarding the President's executive orders. She stated that "The President’s illegal Executive Orders have real consequences—with some of the harshest for our local public servants." She further mentioned her support for federal healthcare workers by joining AFGE Local 1224 at a VA Medical Center to advocate for their rights and those of the veterans they serve.

On February 17, 2025, she expressed gratitude towards Alex Honnold through social media by saying "Thank you for all your support! @AlexHonnold".

Later on the same day, Congresswoman Lee celebrated Presidents' Day by highlighting the importance of national parks. She tweeted: "No better time than a three day weekend to appreciate Nevada’s beautiful parks. Thank you to all of America’s presidents who worked to create and protect our public lands. Happy Presidents’ Day!"
