On March 22, 2025, Congresswoman Lee expressed her concerns about the potential dismantling of the U.S. Department of Education. She stated that "Any 'savings' from dismantling the U.S. Department of Education won’t go to Nevada students, families, or educators—they will go straight into Elon Musk’s pocket and tax breaks for the wealthy and big corporations." She emphasized that students would suffer from such actions.

The following day, on March 23, 2025, Lee highlighted efforts to reduce housing costs through public-private partnerships. She mentioned her collaboration with FHLBank of San Francisco to invest in southern Nevada communities. According to her tweet: "If we want to bring down housing costs, we need public & private partners to invest in our community." She announced an additional $10 million investment by FHLBank to assist more Nevadans in purchasing homes.

On March 24, 2025, Congresswoman Lee welcomed back students and staff returning from Spring Break at Clark County Schools. Her message was brief: "Welcome back to all the @ClarkCountySch students, educators, and staff who are returning from Spring Break today!"
