On February 19, 2025, Congresswoman Lee congratulated the Southern Nevada Health District on the expansion of their Public Health Laboratory. She emphasized the importance of the research conducted at this facility as a crucial tool for combating infectious diseases and ensuring the safety of water and food supplies. On February 20, 2025, she celebrated the signing into law of her bipartisan bill known as the AACE Act.
