Congresswoman Susie Lee, representing Nevada’s 3rd district since 2019, has recently shared her views on various pressing issues through a series of tweets. These posts address concerns about prominent figures in the tech industry, proposed budget changes affecting healthcare for children, and the implications of staffing reductions in veteran healthcare services.

On February 18, 2025, Congresswoman Lee commented on Elon Musk's influence and business activities. She stated: "Elon Musk is the richest person in the world. He owns one of the biggest media platforms in the world. He has business ties to the Chinese government. And his DOGE is trying desperately to get your personal information. God knows what he plans to do with it."

Later that day, Lee expressed her concerns regarding a new budget proposal by House Republicans. On February 18, 2025, she tweeted: "House Republicans’ new budget proposal would cut Medicaid for nearly 40% of Nevada children to pay for tax breaks for billionaires. It’s trading kids’ healthcare for big corporate tax breaks."

In another tweet dated February 19, 2025, Congresswoman Lee addressed potential layoffs affecting VA workers amidst existing staffing shortages. She wrote: "I’m all for increasing government efficiency and saving taxpayer dollars. But not when it comes to laying off the VA workers who provide health care to our veterans when we already have a staffing shortage."
