On March 18, 2025, Congresswoman Lee highlighted the threat posed by unauthorized drones to America's nuclear resources. She stated that these drones pose "a serious threat to America’s nuclear resources related to national security," specifically mentioning the situation at @NNSANevada. Lee criticized the Department of Energy (@ENERGY) for lacking "the authority to protect their entire nuclear ecosystem against them."
