Congresswoman Susie Lee, who represents Nevada's 3rd district, recently shared her views on various political and economic issues through a series of tweets. Since taking office in 2019, Lee has been active in discussing policies affecting her constituents and broader national matters.

On February 12, 2025, Congresswoman Lee commented on former President Donald Trump's actions regarding federal funding. She stated: "Lol. Donald Trump signs multiple Executive Orders to freeze federal funding and is actively fighting court orders trying to stop him. But yeah, we really have no idea what’s going on here."

The following day, February 13, 2025, she addressed the topic of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and its financial impact on Americans. In her tweet, she remarked: "DOGE wants to eliminate the CFPB, which has returned Americans more than $20 billion by holding abusive corporations & predatory lenders accountable. Funny that that’s just as much money as Musk has in government contracts via SpaceX & Tesla. Whose money is he really…"

Later on February 13, 2025, Lee turned her attention to labor issues within Las Vegas' economy. She expressed support for legislation aimed at eliminating subminimum wages and taxes on tips for tipped workers: "Vegas’s economy runs on our tipped workers. None of them should lose out on the tips they earn. I’m supporting legislation with @RepHorsford to finally eliminate the subminimum wage and taxes on tips to put more money in working Nevadans’ pockets. #OneFairWage should be enough."
